By accessing or using Pilora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pilora is a supplement and wellness tracking application that allows users to scan supplement labels, track daily intake, set dose reminders, check for ingredient interactions, and manage supplement schedules. The Service is available via web browser and as a mobile application.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Pilora is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The information provided by the Service, including interaction checks and supplement recommendations, is for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any supplement regimen.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Pilora offers free and paid subscription plans (Pro and Family). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access the Service through unauthorized means, interfering with the Service's infrastructure, using the Service for unlawful purposes, or uploading malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Pilora and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input into the Service (such as your supplement information and schedules).

8. AI-Powered Features

Pilora uses artificial intelligence to scan supplement labels and extract ingredient information. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may contain errors. You should always verify scanned information against your physical supplement labels.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pilora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
